ArkLaTex Angels Shantell and Ricky
Shantell and Ricky, 7 and 5 years old, are in need of a permanent home.
Today, we took the siblings to Build-A-Bear Workshop at the Louisiana Boardwalk, and as Shantell and Ricky built their bears, they told us about themselves and what they would love from parents of their own.Watch their story in our ArkLaTex Angels segment on KTBS 3 News at 10 this coming Sunday night.
