News Technical Director
We are seeking a news technical director to join our fast-paced newsroom environment. Skills must include the ability to direct and operate all live news technical equipment involved with on-air broadcasts. Television broadcast experience, news automation and web editing preferred. Work schedule includes weekends and some holidays. Satisfactory pre-employment drug test and clear driving record required. EOE.

If you are a Producer who can be responsible for the production of regularly scheduled TV newscasts, schedule and coordinate all news personnel as their efforts relate to the production of a news program, this is the job for you. Responsibilities are: determine from available sources what will appear on daily news programs and in what order, length and form; write portions of the newscasts; make certain the tape production of the news stories is ready when needed; oversee production of the script; oversee on-air production of newscasts, make changes as necessary and ensure that all items are complete; coordinate incoming satellite feeds from the network and other sources. Requirements are: two years experience in a television news environment; superior writing skills; team leadership and great news judgment; skills with video and teases; ability to work under pressure and be able to produce an innovative, well-paced newscast; ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; clear driving record and a satisfactory pre-employment drug test required. KTBS LLC is recruiting for a Digital Account Executive. This is an exciting time at KTBS LLC as we grow our Sales Organization. We are seeking individuals who want to be part of a dynamic, growing, forward-thinking organization.
Sell digital advertising solutions to the local and regional account sector that make decisions locally. Grow market share through the combination of acquiring new business and increasing market share within existing client base.
-Sell digital advertising solutions within a designated territory or account list
- Grow market share through acquisition of new business and increasing opportunities with existing customers
-Develop and deliver ideas and solutions to obtain long term commitments and campaigns
-Develop an understanding of customer's digital business needs, trends and patterns
-Effectively articulate the value of a variety of digital products to customers
-Work effectively with in-house specialists to develop and deliver digital solutions to customers
-Increase market share by gaining new business and growing existing client base
-Communicate with team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Skills & Abilities:
-Ability to identify needs and trends
-Experience in communicating audience based marketing solutions
-Strategies to work through objections/concerns related to cost, budgets and selling strategies
-Assessment of problems and development of solutions
-Understand digital products as they relate to customers, prospects and key trends
-Demonstrated ability to grow and maintain market share
-Proficiency in face-to-face sales calling, including up-selling, appointment and cold calling
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Ability to drive initiatives for change
Bachelors Degree (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)
2-3 years sales experience
1-3 years digital sales experience
Satisfactory driving record and pre-employment drug test required EOE.

Seeking a results-oriented, talented, and experienced sales executive. Experience in media sales preferred. Proven track record in new business development; strong negotiating skills; exceptional analytical and communication abilities required. Executive must have reliable transportation.
