Goodwill Industries® of North Louisiana will be holding it's first Painting for a Cause Fundraiser with Painting with a Twist in Bossier City this Saturday night, October 27, from 7 - 9pm.

McAlister's Deli will be catering the event and free wine and beverages will be available at no cost to the guest. Goodwill will also be accepting clothing and gently used household item donations during the session. The "Paint Your Team" Fleur de Lis will be the featured Painting with a Twist artwork for the evening.

"Goodwill's mission is improve people's lives through the power of work. But, most people are not aware of our mission and how we go about helping people with barriers to employment in our community find work. We hope to shed a little light on the subject this Saturday evening and have some fun with some of our supporters at the same time." explained D.J. Roman, Marketing and Communications Manager for Goodwill.

All proceeds from this event will go to fund Goodwill's Youth Services Programs. These programs help the youth in our community in need of education and employment training in preparation for a second chance at a productive future.
