Job Fair

Northwestern State University’s Office of Counseling and Career Services will host its annual Career Fair Tuesday, Sept. 25, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the Friedman Student Union. The event is open to Northwestern State students and alumni.

More than two dozen local, national and multinational companies, governmental agencies and universities will be on hand to accept resumes, conduct job interviews and provide information.

Employers participating in the Job Fair are AFLAC – Wimer and Associates, Amerisafe, Inc., Beta Engineering, Chase Bank, Colonial Life, Elite Health Solution, LLC, Fastenal, Grambling State University’s Alternate Certification Program, Irving (Texas) Police Department, the Louisiana Legislative Auditor, the Louisiana Tech University College of Business and the Louisiana Workforce Commission.

Also taking part are Louisiana Cat, LSU Law Center, Mary Kay, McNeese State University, the NSU Child and Family Network, Northwestern State’s Department of Educational Leadership and Technology, Department of Psychology and the Graduate School, Republic, the Southern College of Optometry, Southern Law Center, Stage, the Texas Department of Public Safety, Tower Loan, the University of North Texas, Toulouse Graduate School and theUnited States Marine Corps.
