Vandals Strike Tattoo Shop

Brandon Jones with Shreveport Ink tattoo shop blames the vandalism on ignorance.

Late Monday night, police say someone spray painted the "N" word three times on the outside of Jones' business.

It's the second time the shop has been the target of such a crime.

Two years ago, someone smashed a window with a brick and wrote the "N" word in letters several feet tall. Large boards still cover the word today.

Jones says he doesn't know why someone would target his shop. He says his staff and clients are very diverse.

Police are asking anyone with information about this vandalism to call (318) 673-7373.
