LDR Announces Customer Service Saturday
Help Is Available With Taxes
Stop by one of the Louisiana Department of Revenue's regional offices this Saturday, June 19, for walk-in customer service.Louisiana taxpayers -- whether individuals or businesses -- can receive general tax assistance and answers to questions about issues such as delinquent billing notices. Service is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No appointment is necessary.Hours are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The regional office in Shreveport is located at 1525 Fairfield Avenue in the Louisiana State Office Building.Business owners who cannot attend Customer Service Saturday are invited to make appointments with the LDR Mobile Tax Service, which can visit them at their places of business to resolve issues using remote technology on tablet PCs. They will need to call their LDR regional office to make an appointment.
