The 2013 Krewe of Highland Parade rolled through the streets of Shreveport's oldest neighborhood on Sunday afternoon. Thousands turned out to view the parade live and others viewed it from the comfort of their homes on KPXJ-CW21 with hosts Jody Lowery and Ed Walsh.
