"Lil Flip" Arrested On Drug And Gun Violations

DeSoto Parish deputies arrested Wesley Eric Weston on Wednesday, December 26, for drug and gun violations.

Weston, also known as rapper "Lil Flip", was stopped for speeding on I-49 Wednesday.

After receiving consent to search Weston's vehicle, authorities found a small amount of marijuana and a gun.

Olanza Sanders, of Shreveport and a convicted felon was also arrested.

Both have since bonded out of jail.
