A 12-year-old boy has been arrested on charges he sexually assaulted three little boys while they lived together.

The 12-year-old was booked by Caddo Parish sheriff's deputies on charges of aggravated rape. He was being held in the Caddo Juvenile Detention Center.

Sheriff's detectives said the boys who were molested were all under the age of 8.

The charges allege the 12-year-old abused the boys on several occasions while they lived together, as well as before the older boy moved into the other boys' house.

The suspect is not related to the victims, deputies said.

Very seldom do words escape me,...but this? It is horrible for the children who were victims of this youngster. And horrible for this youngster, because he had to have been someone elses victim. A child lives what he learns. It is not a natural thing for a pre-teen to have these type vicious thoughts of another youngster. This is all just such a terrible shame. I have a question though...arent there surveillance cameras throughout the building? Wasnt this seen? Or did a child have to build up the courage to tell someone? This just makes me sick. I'm not pointing fingers...but as a mother of 2 teenage boys- what type parental figures did this young person have in his life? Where will this little molester go from here? That is what society really needs to be concerned about.

Well, Kathy1961, the state of Louisiana has changed the definition of "rape" from what it meant when we were young.  Playing Doctor or other childhood sexual experimentation is now within their definition of "rape".  Little girls as well as little boys could be charged with "rape" according to the laws they have written, but I don't think they would do that.
Penetration by force or threat is no longer what they mean by the charge of "rape".
