Just in time for the opening of dove season, local stores are hoping to cash in on the 2010 2nd Amendment Weekend Sales Tax Holiday.
Hunters and campers can save money Friday, Saturday and Sunday on a wide range of supplies including firearms, ammunition, hunting knives, certain clothing items and off-road vehicles such as ATVs designed for hunting.
Eligible items are exempt from all state and local sales taxes in Louisiana.
