The U.S. Geological Survey reports three small earthquakes have been recorded in north-central Arkansas.
No injuries or damage are reported.
The USGS says the first earthquake was a magnitude 2.0 recorded at 7:15 p.m. Friday near Quitman -- about 50 miles north of Little Rock. The second and third quakes were both near Hector-- about 75 miles north of Little Rock. A 2.0 magnitude was recorded at 2:23 a.m. Saturday and a 1.8 magnitude recorded 27 minutes later.
Geologists say earthquakes of magnitude 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest that are felt by humans.
