DALLAS, Tx. -

A pair of earthquakes rattled North Texas residents late Saturday night.

The U.S. Geological Survey recorded a 3.4 magnitude earthquake north of Dallas, near Irving, Tx.

A second quake hit just minutes later in West Dallas, measuring a 3.1.

The epicenter of the initial quake was located near MacArthur Blvd. and Rochelle Rd., according to coordinates provided by the U.S.G.S.

Residents as far as 20 miles away reported feeling the quakes.

Minor damage -- but no injuries -- was reported.
