A little boy is dead after investigators say he was accidentally shot by another child.
It happened in Claiborne Parish just West of Athens on Kemp Road.
Sheriff Ken Bailey says the 7-year-old boy was shot in the head and air-lifted to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The shooting remains under investigation.
No names have been released.
