A court hearing is scheduled for today for an Oklahoma teenager charged with animal cruelty and the theft of 5 horses.

19 year old Jaci Rae Jackson is charged with the theft of 5 horses from Southern Arkansas University.

She has pleaded not guilty to 6 felony counts in connection with the thefts of the horses, a trailer and some riding equipment.

4 horses were recovered in Oklahoma, but one of them had been killed.
