Allegiant Airlines offers free airfare

Fly for free. That's the offer from Allegiant Airlines.Nearly 300 people showed up at Starbucks on Youree Drive this morning to get one of 200 vouchers.
The vouchers, valued at $21.60, cover the federal taxes on a plane ticket.Two people got tickets to a free vacation destination on Allegiant's route. But everyone got a chance to sign up for the grand prize--one free flight a month for four years.
Shreveport Regional Airport spokesman Mark Crawford says Allegiant flies 30,000 local passengers to Vegas each year.
