Allow Peppers To Ripen For Color

Bell peppers are popular in home gardens. They also are prominent in Louisiana cooking. We usually eat them green, but yellow and red bell peppers simply are green peppers that have ripened.  If you want those red or yellow bell peppers, just leave them on the plant a little longer.
