New developments in the case of a skinned dog found yesterday. Caddo Parish officials say they're now investigating  reports of abuse involving three more animals. A witness told Constable Eric Hatfield they discovered the bodies of two cats and a rabbit about a month ago in their neighborhood. All the animals had been beheaded. The witness came forward after the discovery of a skinned dog was discovered yesterday. Hatfield says these cases are like nothing he's ever seen. "Looks like clean cuts where someone beheaded two house cats and left the body of the cat laying there and there heads were no where to be found," said Hatfield. He doesn't believe the cases are related, but he does believe whoever skinned the dog is capable of more violent attacks against aninmals. Animal welfare is offering five hundred dollars for information leading to the conviction of the person or persons who skinned the dog off Wallace Lake Road.
