Arkansas man indicted for Army depot thefts

A federal grand jury in Texarkana has charged an Ashdown, Ark., man with stealing items from the Red River Army Depot.

Jody Wilson, 50, faces two counts of theft public property. The grand jury's indictment accuses Wilson of stealing a 40-foot flatbed trailer and various tools and supplies from the depot last year.

If convicted, Wilson faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 for each count.

His arraignment is pending in federal court in Texarkana.
