Arkansas state parks to host hikes on Jan. 1

Millwood, Crater of Diamond on list for hiking events

TEXARKANA, Ark. -

State parks in southwest Arkansas are expected host hikes on Jan. 1 to encourage people to get outdoors.
First Day Hikes are planned for the Millwood and Crater of Diamonds state parks.
Other southwest Arkansas state parks that have scheduled First Day Hikes include Daisy State Park, Cossatot State Park, Logoly State Park, DeGray Lake State Park and Queen Wilhelmina State Park.
