A swimming pool repairman wanted by authorities is in custody thanks to a KTBS 3 News viewer with a keen eye.
Travis Porter, 27, was booked into the Caddo jail for three counts felony home improvement fraud. He's also wanted for one count of the same charge in Webster parish.
Authorities say a homeowner recognized Porter from the news when he showed up to work on a pool Thursday.
When patrol officers arrived on scene, Porter reportedly jumped a fence and ran behind a nearby house where officers found him hiding.
He's accused of scamming customers out of thousands of dollars.
