A man is behind bars accused of a double homicide in Shreveport.
The fatal shootings happened earlier this month in the 200 block of Columbia Street located in the city's Highland area.
According to authorities, Robert Farris, 23, was arrested Monday.
He is charged with two counts of second degree murder.
Shreveport Police say 57 year-old Stephen Bryant and 49 year-old Madonna Dean Wachter both of Shreveport were found shot to death.
Immediately following the shooting, neighbors told KTBS the couple mostly kept to themselves, but speculated that the two may have been involved in some dangerous activity.
