Texarkana, Texas Police are on the scene of a standoff.
It all began around 4p.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of West 10th Street after someone reported to 911 that a man was outside waving a gun around.
By the time authorities responded to the scene, investigators say the man had barricaded himself inside a house.
Authorities have contacted the man by phone but they are unsure if he is alone.
A mobile command post has been set up in the area.
