CADDO PARISH, La. - Authorities are combing the area for a person they believe fled form authorities in a stolen vehicle this afternoon.
The truck was stolen out of Natchitoches Parish.
The Caddo Sheriff's Office says the victim saw his stolen truck and followed it to Hidden Trace subdivision where the driver ditched it and ran leaving a female passenger behind.
The female passenger is currently in custody.
The search for the runaway driver, identified as Jason East of Stonewall, continues. We have a crew on the scene.
