Passover is one of the most important holidays that local Jewish people celebrate commemorating freedom from oppression.
Tonight, B'nai Zion Congregation of Shreveport will celebrate a Seder (Friday night dinner) for Passover at 6:30 p.m. at 245 Southfield Road in Shreveport.
"Everyday when we pray, we remember to treat people well, and the Seder ceremony celebrates that," said Rabbi Jana. "We like to invite people who've never been to a Seder at all. It's a cool thing."
