A body has been recovered from the Red River near the River Bend RV Park & Marina in south Bossier Parish.

Positive identification has not been made, but it's in the vicinity of where a fisherman disappeared earlier this month.

Dan Stanley, 63, from Bivins, Texas, and his cousin were in a boat when they hit a jetty on February 8th. Both men were thrown into the water. Jerry Smith was rescued right away. Stanley has been missing since the accident.
