The Bossier City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a runaway teenager.
Scarlett Murley, 17, was last seen on July 28, 2012. Scarlett is a white female, 5’3” tall, 100 pounds with hazel eyes. She has blonde hair but recently dyed it black and orange.
