Bossier City Police have arrested the suspect they say shot and killed 66 year old Raymond Tobin of Shreveport last night. The shooting occured in the 3000 block of Inda.

Police say 64 year old Charles Pinlkinton is the man responsible for the shooting. The victim was fatally shot in the head. Investigators say the shooting was the result of an altercation between the two men.
