Bossier City police have arrested two people and charged a third in connection with a home invasion that occurred earlier this year.

Detectives arrested Sarah Elisabeth Smith, 20, and Anthony Michael Alvey, 20, both of Shreveport on charges of home invasion for entering a house in the 400 block of Berry Street on September 12, 2012 and committing an armed robbery. There were five people inside the home at the time. None them were injured.

A third suspect, Jeron Donte Sykes, 23, of Bossier City also faces a charge of home invasion in connection with the case. Sykes is currently incarcerated in the Caddo Corrections Center on an unrelated charge.

Alvey was also charged with domestic abuse battery on a Bossier City warrant from an unrelated incident.
