Caddo Clerk of Court addresses voting concerns
Voting continues across the Arklatex and the Caddo Clerk of Court has a few things for you to keep in mind while exercising your right.
They say many voters are unsure of precinct numbers if polling locations have more than one precinct. To find your precinct number check out geauxvote.com.
Also, the Clerk of Court is asking that you read up on amendments before heading to polling places.
There is a three minute limit in effect and it applies to everyone even those with disabilities unless utilizing the audio booth. KTBS 3 News has learned that if the audio booth is being used the limit is 20 minutes.
The Clerk of Court says you should be prepared to wait, however there may not be a wait at every polling place.
In Louisiana, polls close at 8p.m. and if you are standing in line by 8p.m. you will still be allowed to vote.
