Caddo Parish Public Schools is getting parents involved in what is being called the "Title 1 Parental Involvement Program." Parents in Caddo Parish, who have children in the 8th, 9th, 10th or 11th grade at: Huntington, Keithville, Ridgewood or Woodlawn School, are being asked to take part in getting their children involved in required testing. The gathering is scheduled for Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Huntington High School located on 6801 Rasberry Lane in Shreveport, La. 
8th Grade - LEAP Test
8th Grade - EXPLORE-ACT Test Prep
9th Grade - EOC Algebra 1
10th Grade- EOC English II
10th Grade - PLAN –ACT Test Prep
11th Grade - ACT Test Prep

Parents of 8th Grade students in Oil City & Vivian, with the "Title 1 Parental Involvement Program" will be meeting Thursday, October 11, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. til 8:00 p.m. in Oil City at 407 Kerley Avenue North in Oil City, La.

Parents of 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th grade students who attend Broadmoor, Caddo Middle Career & Technology, Fair Park, Green Oaks or BTW, with the "Title 1 Parental Involvement Program" are scheduled to meet Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. til 4:00 p.m. in Shreveport at Booker T. Washington High School located on 2104 Milam Street.
