Caddo Parish School Board member Phillip Guin's replacement will be named in December.  That's according to board president Willie Burton.

Guin announced his resignation at the last board meeting.  It'll take effect November 30th.  Board officials say Guin is being relocated with his job to Dallas. 

Burton says the position will be advertised and the replacement process will be discussed at the next work session.
