What would you do for free burritos for an entire year? Would you camp out all night?

That's exactly what two dozen people did Tuesday night. The die-hard burrito lovers camped outside of the newest Freebirds World Burrito location at Youree and 70th in Shreveport.

The new location opens Wednesday. The first 25 customers get free burritos for a year.

Bossier City resident Shalon Palmer got there Tuesday afternoon.

"It's pretty crazy," said Palmer. "But I'd do it just to hang out. We're really just hanging out with friends. You know I'd do it for free. But we get free burritos, too."

This is the 93rd location of the Freebird World Burrito restaurant. Officials there say they've held the offer for the opening of every single location.
