A Raceland resident has been booked into the Lafourche Parish Jail on one count of possessing pornography involving juveniles, announced Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell.
Investigators arrested 66-year-old Ronald Breaux of 2165 Hwy 182 on Tuesday following a joint investigation involving the Attorney General’s High Technology Crime Unit, St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations, and Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Breaux is charged with violating a state law forbidding a person to produce, distribute, possess, or possess with the intent to distribute pornography involving juveniles. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison. Breaux’s bond has been set at $100,000.
