Christmas parade in downtown Texarkana

Thousands of spectators lined the streets of downtown Texarkana for the 28th Annual Main Street Christmas Parade.

Organizers say they had 100 entries in this year's parade.

The event include "live" camels, the Grinch, Elvis and a visit from Santa Claus.

This year's parade also featured about 50 vendors on front street plaza.

The theme of this year's parade was "The Spirit of Giving."
