Comcast Technical Difficulties

If you're a Comcast customer, you should know that your cable provider is working to resolve a technical issue tonight.  Many of you have contacted the KTBS 3 newsroom saying that you're unable to see the KTBS 3 signal.

We want to let you know that it is a technical issue with Comcast and their technicians are working on the problem right now.  KTBS 3 has had no technical issues this evening.  We have reached out to the cable provider to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.    There's no word on when that might be.
