A two-week old murder case is still unsolved. Shreveport police are trying to track down the person who killed 27-year-old war veteran Stephanie Breaux. Her body was found lying on the floor of an abandoned home on Sprague street on April 3rd and so far, police have no idea what she was doing there.

"The best we can figure is that she came up here with either one of the persons that lived here before or someone that frequent it," said Det. Rod Demery, Shreveport Police Department.

Authorities hope a billboard will bring more attention to the case. You'll soon see it around town. They also know someone out there knows something that can bring Breaux's killer to justice.

Crimestoppers will pay $1,000 for information leading to the arrest or grand jury indictment of suspects responsible for killing of Breaux. If you have any information call Crimestoppers at (318) 673-7373. Remember, Crimestoppers doesn't want your name, just your information.
