This Thanksgiving families will join around the table for a feast.  But for many, the traditional turkey and dressing may not have been there.

Five Shreveport organizations came together Monday to make sure dozens of local families had a reason to give thanks.  Teams were dispatched throughout the communities, delivering boxes of food.

KTBS 3, the Knights of Columbus, Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Kroger Food Stores and Loyola College Prep all helped with today's deliveries.  Members of Loyola's Key Club held a food drive to collect can goods that were divided among the boxes.  Thanks to all of those involved.
