How to nominate

KTBS 3 along with Squires Tuxedo and Swag Nation USA Gentleman's Etiquette Academy is looking to send 3 deserving 12th grade young men to their prom. This is a confidential nomination and must come from a school employee. More than one student can be nominated by a teacher or staff member, and the student must have overcome some type of obstacle in their life. Nomination forms can be found on KTBS.com under the Distinguished Gentlemen tap. All nominations must be submitted by 5pm March 22nd. A panel will then narrow down the nominations, and a final interview will then be done with the top nominees. The winners will be announced the first week of April.
