A dormitory and an international student center were evacuated at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro due to a bomb threat.
   The university says the threat was made by an individual at about 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.
   The threat involved the female dorm University Hall. The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports that an international student center was also cleared, and people within a 300-foot radius were also cleared away.
   The university said officers made an arrest following the threat.
