CADDO PARISH, La. -

After being convicted of second degree kidnapping and simple arson, Eddie Jackson, 41, has learned his fate.
Caddo Parish District Court Judge Ramona Emanuel today sentenced Jackson to 40 years in prison at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence on the kidnapping conviction and 10 years on the arson conviction.
Judge Emanuel ordered the sentences served concurrently.
Jackson was convicted in August in connection with the disappearance of Tracy Winslow.
Winslow was last spoken to shortly before midnight January 23, 2011, outside of her mother's Oil City home after a night out with friends.
On January 24th, 2011, authorities were called to North Lakeshore Drive for a vehicle on the side of the road fully engulfed in flames.
The vehicle belonged to Winslow but she was nowhere to be found.
KTBS 3 News has learned that Jackson is scheduled to return to district court in December for arguments and hearings on a charge of carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
