The American Academy of Pediatrics is trying a new tactic to fight teen pregnancy.
It's encouraging doctors to talk with teens about emergency contraception options like Plan B and Next Choice.
Emergency contraception is designed to prevent pregnancy after having unprotected sex.  The group says nearly 80% of teen pregnancies in the United States are unplanned.
