In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a local funeral home is on a mission to help raise funds to aid in the fight.
On Saturday, October 20th and Saturday, October 27th, Centuries Funeral Home in Shreveport will be selling single roses for $5.00 each in memory of a loved one or to honor a breast cancer survivor.
The event will be held during the hours of 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
Proceeds will go to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Centuries Funeral Home is located at 8801 Mansfield Road.
