Ex-Harris County DA cleared of misusing resources

HOUSTON -

A grand jury has declined to indict former Harris County District Attorney Pat Lykos over allegations that her office misused public resources.
   The investigation began with allegations that prosecutors were investigating grand jurors. Those grand jurors, in turn, were investigating Lykos' office over the Houston police's DWI-testing vehicles.
   In February of last year, Texas Rangers raided the DA's office and carted away documents and computers.
