A Shreveport man dies when his SUV crashes off a Bienville Parish highway.

Just before 3pm, on Saturday, 48 year old Randy Johnson was traveling west on LA 154 when he over-corrected twice and lost control of his vehicle. Johnson was not wearing his seat-belt and was ejected during the crash. He was air-lifted to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.  Troopers believe that speed is suspected to be a factor in the crash.  A toxicology sample was obtained from Johnson and will be submitted for analysis. The crash is still under investigation
