There has been a fatal accident at FM-130, .1 mile east of County Road 2747
County in Cass County at about 8 a.m. on 6/20/2012.
The accident occurred when Vehicle #1, operated by Dustin P. Williams, was traveling east on FM-130. Vehicle #1 left the roadway to the right. The driver overcorrected to the left. Dustin was ejected from the vehicle when it overturned. Vehicle #1 came to rest on top of the driver.  Dustin Paul Williams was pronounced dead on scene at 8:25 a.m. by JP Gina Bassham. Dustin’s body was taken to Reeder Davis Schindler Funeral Home in Hughes Springs, Texas.
