Police say 24 year old Daniel Randall was hit and killed as he was walking home for a super bowl party Sunday night around 8:45pm. 

Randall was engaged to Valerie Martin. She is also the mother of his two children. Both are under the age of 4. 

"I don't know how I am going to tell them," Martin told KTBS 3. 

Investigators say Randall was intoxicated when he stumbled out into the road and that the driver of the GMC truck that hit Randall says it was so dark along that stretch of road that he didn't see Randall until it was to late.
