Volunteers for Youth Justice may have to cut some programs. The organization works with nearly 4,000 students to keep them from dropping out. Caddo Parish recently allocated $60,000.00 to the organization and they were expecting to get the same amount from the city. However, Mayor Glover says the city can't afford to help the organization out this year.
