Months of investigating organized crime led police to charge four men in East Texas.

Longview Police say Quental Donta Miller, 29, John Richard Harmon, 34, DAngelo Leserre Thomas, 27, and Devetrick Johnson, 20, all face Federal conspiracy charges. Johnson was already in jail for the death of Jimmy Fitts. Fitts was killed July 20, 2008.

Police say the majority of the charges are related to gun and drug violations.

The ATF, the FBI, the East Texas Violent Crime Task Force and the Longview Police Department began their initiative against violent organized crime earlier this year. The operation is still underway.
