Bossier Parish (KTBS) -

A fourth suspect wanted in connection with stealing various auto parts from used cars turned herself into the Bossier Sheriff’s Office Wednesday.

Sandra B. Driscoll, 43, of Benton, was wanted for her part in the scheme after three others were caught in the act late Sunday evening stealing parts from vehicles that were parked in a rural lot near Benton High School.

The three arrested Monday were Frank A. Crandell, 24, Blaze J. Blackman, 41, and Lowell L. Spence, Sr., 55. Detectives caught them red-handed just before midnight Sunday where they found tools and a generator used to dismantle the vehicles. All three admitted to detectives to stealing thousands of dollars of various car parts, including Catalytic Converters, tire rims and radiators, at least four times over the past few weeks. Detectives determined that Driscoll, sister of Blackman, would help find buyers for some of the parts.

Driscoll was charged with felony theft and booked into the Bossier Maximum Security Facility with a bond of $7,500.
