WASHINGTON, D.C. -

Grambling State University's marching band made the Arklatex proud at the inaugural parade in Washington, D.C. Monday.

Grambling's band is one of only two making a return trip.  The other is the marching band from the prep school the president attended when he lived in Hawaii.

Playing for presidents is nothing new for Grambling.  They performed at George W. Bush's first inauguration and for Bill Clinton when he visited Grambling's campus in 1999.
